CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFORMATION
ANY ORDERS PLACED AFTER CLOSING (4pm) ON CHRISTMAS EVE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL 2ND JANUARY 2020.
We currently dispatch orders to addresses in the UK mainland only.
Please note we currently do not offer delivery to the Isle of Man, Outer Hebrides and Shetland Islands (Postcodes IM, HS, ZE) or the Channel Islands. However this feature will be coming soon.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 4pm (Monday-Thursday) one working day after receipt of payment. Orders placed after 4pm (Monday-Thursday) will be dispatched up to two working days after receipt of payment.
Orders placed on Fridays and at the weekends will be dispatched up to two working days after receipt of payment.
Your delivery should arrive within 3-5 working days of being dispatched.
All orders are sent using a fully trackable delivery service.
Delivery charges are £3.99 per order to UK mainland addresses.
We offer free delivery on all orders over £50.00.

We hope that you are pleased with your purchases from www.macmillansgifts.co.uk, however if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we offer a 14 day returns policy.
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON EARRINGS OR SALE ITEMS.
Simply complete the returns form by clicking on the ‘Returns’ section located on the bottom of the homepage to obtain an RMA number, enclose this with your goods and contact details and return to us at Macmillans of Penwortham, 11-13 Priory Lane, Penwortham, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 0AR.
Items must be returned with the original packaging/tags if provided and in a re-saleable condition. Items must be received by Macmillans of Penwortham within 14 days of the order being delivered to the customer.
All returns, unless defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation, are returned at your own expense, therefore for your own protection we recommend that you return any items via a trackable delivery service and to obtain a proof of postage. Proof of postage alone is not proof of receipt.
Please note we will not refund the original delivery charge.
We aim to issue a refund within 7 working days of receiving a return and we will send you an email to confirm when the refund has been issued.
In the unlikely event that your order has been received faulty, damaged or not as ordered we will arrange with you to have the item returned or disposed of. If a replacement item is required this will be sent out free of any delivery charge. If an item has arrived damaged please do not dispose of it before contacting us. We will not be able to issue a refund or send out a replacement without photographic evidence of the damaged item.
