We offer a 14 day returns policy, which excludes EARRINGS, FACE MASKS AND SALE ITEMS.
Items must be returned with the original packaging/tags if provided and in a re-saleable condition. Returned items must be received within 14 days of the original delivery date. All returns, unless defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation, are returned at your own expense.
RETURNS BY POST
Items returned by post, in a re-saleable condition are eligible for a refund. We aim to issue a refund within 7 working days of receiving a return and we will send you an email to confirm when the refund has been issued. Please note we will not refund the original delivery charge. We will issue a refund on items which we judge to be received as faulty, damaged or not as ordered and will cover any postage charge for their return to us.

If an item is returned to the shop we offer an exchange or credit note only, up to the value of the original purchase (excluding any delivery charges) and proof of purchase must be provided. Store returns are not eligible for refunds.
