OUR PRICES
All our prices are in listed in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 20%. All prices are as accurate as possible. While we have taken every effort make sure no mistakes have been made, if we find any inaccuracies on the site we reserve the right to amend these errors without prior warning.
ORDERS
You can place an order by adding the required goods to your shopping basket and proceeding to the secure checkout. If you have already registered your details with us you will be asked to log-in, if not you will be asked to create a new account.
All online orders are confirmed by email. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone regarding any delivery delays or security issues.
The order is only formally accepted when the payment for the goods has been processed. We reserve the right to decline your order for security reasons of if we are unable to fulfil the order and will notify you accordingly.
RETURNS
We offer a 14 day returns policy, which excludes EARRINGS AND SALE ITEMS.
Items must be returned with the original packaging/tags if provided and in a re-saleable condition. Returned items must be received by Macmillans of Penwortham within 14 days of the order being delivered to the customer.
All returns, unless defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation, are returned at your own expense. Please note we will not refund the original delivery charge.
We aim to issue a refund within 7 working days of receiving a return and we will send you an email to confirm when the refund has been issued.
We will issue a refund on items which we judge to be received as faulty, damaged or not as ordered and will cover any postage charge for their return to us. Please refer to our Delivery page for the returns procedure.
